About the Casual Outfit
(LOL) I called this print "Aztec" in my other blog. (Here's the post: Pregnancy Fashion Aztec Prints) How embarrassing! The print on this top is actually called "chevron." It is identified by an inverted V shape. I like it because it looks different, and has a retro vibe.
The top feels soft and stretchy. I bought it when I was in the third trimester, to fit a protruding belly. Now, it conceals a postpartum belly as well. Also, the top's attention-grabbing colors collide in a beautiful way.
About the Day
My husband took an entire week off of work during the holidays, allowing much needed "couple" time. We have been curling up on the couch, and watching movies at night. That night, we saw Total Recall, the new version. It was...good for a remake.
With two kids, my husband and I live simply now, and have converted to homebodies from party hoppers. Surprisingly, we both enjoy this lifestyle better, because we are fully rid of pretentious influence, and can now focus on the important things in life.
